Bio :As a specialist in rheumatology and musculoskeletal disorders, my research work lies at the interface between translational immunology and clinical rheumatology. My main scientific interest is axial spondyloarthritis, with the aim of developing diagnostic and predictive tools for therapeutic response based on the identification of specific immune biomarkers.
My current projects are based on single-cell transcriptomic analysis (scRNA-seq and scCITE-seq) to finely characterise the cell populations involved in axSpA. I am exploring disease-specific transcriptomic signatures in a translational approach aimed at subsequently adapting cytometry panels for validation on larger cohorts.
My expertise covers the design of clinical immunology projects, bioinformatic analysis of single-cell data, and clinical interpretation of results from a diagnostic and therapeutic perspective.
