Bio :My research focuses on protein-protein interactions (PPIs) in the context of drug discovery, with particular emphasis on developing resources and tools to better tackle challenging biological interfaces. We initiated and developed 2P2IDB(https://2p2idb.marseille.inserm.fr/), one of the first curated structural databases dedicated to orthosteric PPI modulators. This server has provided the scientific community with valuable insights into the structural and physicochemical properties of PPI interfaces and their inhibitors, helping the rational design of PPI-targeted compounds and the development of dedicated chemical libraries(https://chembiofrance.cn.cnrs.fr/fr/composante/chimiotheque).
In parallel, we develop integrative strategies to accelerate hit-to-lead optimization from fragment hits, notably through ChemoDOTS (https://chemodots.marseille.inserm.fr/). CThis web server enables the generation of focused chemical libraries from user-defined hit fragments using chemistry-driven approaches.
