Flow Cytometry and Cell Sorting
The Flow Cytometry and Cell Sorting Platform, located at the Paoli-Calmettes Institute site, located at the Institut Paoli-Calmettes, provides the scientific community with access to conventional and spectral flow cytometry technologies. CRCM teams, as well as academic and industrial partners, can benefit from a wide range of services covering numerous single-cell applications, from high-content phenotyping to cell sorting.
A robust quality approach.
The platform is certified ISO 9001 (2015) and NFX 50-900 (2016), ensuring a high level of quality and reliability to generate accurate, reproducible, and high-quality data. Scientific projects benefit from the daily qualifications of instruments and technological development, which promotes efficiency and innovation.
Overall and personalized application support.
The platform supports projects at every stage:
- Instrument training use
- Complex panels development and optimization
- Data analysis assistance and training
With its technical and scientific expertise, the platform offers customized services for each application.
A hub for training and knowledge sharing.
The platform plays a key role in enhancing user expertise, promoting knowledge expansion, and fostering a dynamic scientific community around flow cytometry.
A collegial and participatory scientific steering
The scientific supervision of the platform is based on a collegial steering committee, bringing together representatives of the research teams, an administrative representative as well as the director of the center or his delegate. This committee, together with the team, plays a central role in the strategic orientation of the platform, ensuring a truly participatory approach and constant alignment with the needs of the scientific community.
In close collaboration with the Immunomonitoring platform, this collective steering contributes to the development of innovative fundamental and translational research projects, reinforcing the impact of cross-sectional studies conducted at the Paoli-Calmettes Institute.
