Our research areas

The Centre de Recherche en Cancérologie de Marseille (CRCM) structures its scientific activities around four major axes:

-Genome Integrity: study of DNA maintenance and repair mechanisms to understand genetic alterations leading to cancer.

-Onco-Hematology and Immuno-Oncology (OHIO): research into haematological cancers and exploration of interactions between the immune system and tumors to develop innovative immunotherapies.

-Cellular Communication and Microenvironment (CoMET): analysis of interactions between tumor cells and their microenvironment to identify new therapeutic targets

-Translational Research and Innovative Therapies: bridging the gap between basic and clinical research, with the aim of transforming scientific discoveries into personalized treatments for patients.

This thematic organization promotes a multidisciplinary approach, essential for addressing the complex challenges posed by cancer.
