Psychosocial Risks Unit
(RPS)
A commitment to well-being and safety in the workplace.
Presentation of the CRCM's RPS unit
The CRCM's Psychosocial Risks Unit (RPS) was set up in response to the legal obligation, which came into force in 2019, to integrate psychosocial risk factors into the single document for assessing professional risks.
This approach is part of a proactive prevention policy in line with the framework defined by the French Labor Code, which requires employers to guarantee the safety and physical and mental health of their employees.
Made up of representatives from CRCM's various professions and statuses, the RPS unit assesses work situations and ensures that people in difficulty are referred to the appropriate contacts while maintaining strict confidentiality.
