Introducing the CRCM's PEP unit

The CRCM's Parity Professional Equality (PEP) unit encourages and implements initiatives to promote parity and equality within the Unit. It ensures that the policies defined by the supervisory authorities are implemented, and acts as an information and awareness-raising relay for all employees.

In the case of individual situations, the cell welcomes and directs the people concerned to the appropriate contacts, while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Monitor unit status

and respond to staff requests for information.

Guiding people

if necessary, to the appropriate players (HR, social assistance, Inserm's PEP mission, etc.).

Propose concrete actions

to management to improve practices and promote equality on a daily basis.
