Support for the smooth progress of doctoral theses at the CRCM
PRESENTATION OF THE CRCM CST CELL
This cell, made up of researchers and student representatives, ensures regular monitoring of PhD students’ research work, in collaboration with Doctoral Schools 658 and 659.
Its role is to support PhD students throughout their journey, to identify potential difficulties, and to guarantee a respectful and supportive working environment.
Our missions
Ensure compliance with the regulatory framework for doctoral supervision:
- One Individual Thesis Monitoring Committee (CSI) per year for each PhD student.
- Mandatory participation of an external expert from outside the CRCM.
Review and analyze the reports of the Individual Thesis Monitoring Committees (CSI) before submission, in order to detect any scientific, organizational, or interpersonal issues.
Provide guidance and support to PhD students for any problems identified during the CSI process.
