The “Leuko/Stromal Interactions in Normal and Pathological Hematopoiesis” team, headed by Michel Aurrand-Lions, has just received pre-maturation funding from Cancéropôle PACA for its project to validate a biomarker predictive of the eligibility of patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) for treatment with menin inhibitors.

This funding will accelerate research into this key biomarker, paving the way for better patient stratification and more targeted therapeutic approaches. By identifying patients most likely to respond to menin inhibitors, this study will contribute to the development of more personalized medicine in the treatment of AML.
