Job Offer: Molecular and Cellular Biology Engineer — Pancreatic Cancer
16 September 2026The European Proteomics Proteomics Association (EuPA), a federation of 23 European national societies for Proteomics, has recently launched the Spatial and Single-Cell Proteomics Consortium, SPARC. MemProt team at CRCM is thrilled to be part of the 15 founding labs of this new EuPA Intiative.
Spatial and single-cell proteomics are undergoing a renaissance and have emerged as leading areas of methodological innovation within the broader field of proteomics.
The integration of these state-of-the-art technologies holds immense promise for deciphering cellular and tissue architecture and dynamic biological processes at unprecedented spatial and molecular resolution. However, effective integration and broad application of these approaches remain challenging.
SPARC aims to bring spatial proteomics and single cell proteomics disciplines together under one roof, offering a uniquely integrated platform to drive their convergence and deliver spatially resolved, deep, and actionable single-cell proteomes. SPARC aims to unite the European proteomics community around what may be the most transformative and challenging opportunity in the field today.
SPARC activities will include multi-site ring trials and collaborative research projects, webinar series and interdisciplinary workshops.
