Behind the scenes at CRCM: meeting with Michel Baccini and Gagik Hovhannisyan, pillars of the IT department
26 January 2026The team “DNA Damage and Genome Instability” led by Vincent Pagès (CNRS) has secured an ANR funding to investigate the mechanisms of DNA lesion tolerance, in collaboration with Joe Loparo (Harvard Medical School) and Pauline Dupaigne (IGR). Using an innovative approach to insert a single lesion into the genome, the project aims to understand how cells regulate the choice between error-free and mutagenic lesion bypass, a critical process for genetic stability.
