ambitious research project on <strong>immune biomarkers with high clinical impact<\/strong>, predictive of response to immunotherapies and immuno-induced toxicity.<\/p>\n\n<p>\ud83c\udfaf <strong>Responsabilities <\/strong><br\/>\u2022 Develop and implement <strong>single-cell analysis tools<\/strong> adapted to the platform&#8217;s projects <br\/>\u2022 Analyze data (<strong>scRNA-seq<\/strong> , <strong>mass cytometry, and Olink<\/strong>) from clinical cohorts <br\/>\u2022 Participate in <strong>scientific valorization and skills transfer<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>\ud83e\uddec <strong>Profile <\/strong><br\/>\u2022 Master&#8217;s degree in bioinformatics\/statistics <br\/>\u2022 Experience with <strong>high-dimensional single-cell analysis<\/strong> (pretreatment, quality control, integration, dimensionality reduction, clustering, annotation, etc.) <br\/>\u2022 Strong foundation in <strong>applied statistics<\/strong> (linear\/GLM models, multiple testing and correction, validation) <br\/>\u2022 Proficiency in <strong>R\/Python<\/strong> (Seurat, Scanpy, or equivalent) <br\/>\u2022 Experience with <strong>reproducible documentation<\/strong> (Quarto, R Markdown, Jupyter) <br\/>\u2022 Enjoy <strong>teamwork<\/strong> and collaboration<br\/>\u2022 Background in <strong>immunology<\/strong> is a
