Centre de recherche en canc\u00e9rologie de Marseille - Plateforme TrGET\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Audrey Restouin Exemplaire<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ing\u00e9nieure<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>TrGET, preclinicals is an in vitro, in vivo and proof-of-concept exploration platform&nbsp;for the preclinical evaluation and optimization of novel therapeutic strategies in oncology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>In the context of cancer<\/strong>, a pathology that involves several organs and numerous cellular components,&nbsp;<strong>alternative methods (<\/strong><em>in silico, in vitro<\/em><strong>) are not able to completely replace the use of animals.<\/strong>&nbsp;This is why<strong>&nbsp;animal models are still necessary to understand the mechanisms of carcinogenesis, and to develop and improve treatments for the benefit of patients.&nbsp;<\/strong>However, conscious of its responsibilities, the TrGET platform&nbsp;<strong>is committed<\/strong>&nbsp;to&nbsp;<strong>protecting the welfare of the mice studied<\/strong>&nbsp;by its staff, in particular through strict compliance with regulatory provisions and fundamental animal freedoms, and only uses animal models if no other experimental approach can replace them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TrGET offers a variety of flexible, customizable and custom-developed services.
