Marseille Cancer Research Center - Cytometry Platform\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fran\u00e7oise Mallet<\/h2>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Technician<\/h4>\n\n<p>The CRCM&#8217;s flow cytometry platform, located on the Institut Paoli-Calmettes site, offers the scientific community access to state-of-the-art equipment integrating flow cytometry (conventional and spectral) and cell sorting technologies. It is open to CRCM&#8217;s in-house teams, as well as to external academic and industrial partners. <\/p>\n\n<p>Since 2015, the platform has been committed to a rigorous quality approach and is <strong>ISO 9001:2015<\/strong> and <strong>NFX 50-900:2016<\/strong> certified, guaranteeing high standards for the production of reliable, reproducible data.<\/p>\n\n<p>Its main missions include technical and scientific support, from training users in the use of instruments, to the development of complex panels, right through to data analysis. The platform supports researchers at every stage of their flow cytometry projects. <\/p>\n\n<p>Working closely with <a href=\"https:\/\/crcm-marseille.fr\/plateforme-immunomonitoring\/\">the immunomonitoring platform (PIC)<\/a>, it contributes to the development of innovative fundamental and translational research projects, enhancing the impact of cross-sectional studies carried out at the Institut Paoli-Calmettes.<\/p>\n\n<p>The equipment available mainly comprises <strong>flow cytometers<\/strong> (3 analyzers, 3 sorters) and a <strong>BIO-Plex 200<\/strong> (BioRad).<\/p>\n\n<p>The team consists of <strong>Manon Richaud<\/strong> (technical manager), <strong>M\u00e9lissandre Dalmasso<\/strong> (research engineer) and <strong>Fran\u00e7oise Mallet<\/strong> (technician).
