CRCM\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Anne Rodallec<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Enseignante-Chercheuse<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The ambition of the joint COMPO Inria-Inserm project-team is to develop new mathematical models integrating data available in clinical oncology (from clinical trials and routine care), in order to provide oncologists with decision-support tools.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The COMPO team&#8217;s scientific activity<\/strong>&nbsp;consists in inventing and developing new mathematical models and computational methodologies to integrate data from clinical (trials and routine care) and experimental oncology into explanatory and predictive models.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The focus is on&nbsp;<strong>longitudinal<\/strong>&nbsp;(dynamic)&nbsp;<strong>data<\/strong>, and the methods aim to combine mechanistic modeling (i.e. models that simulate pharmaco-patho-physiological processes) with statistical (machine) learning.
