It ensures that the policies defined by the supervisory bodies are implemented, and acts as an information and <strong>awareness-raising<\/strong> relay <strong>for all employees.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<p>In the case of individual situations, the cell welcomes and directs the people concerned to the appropriate contacts, <strong>while maintaining strict confidentiality<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our missions<\/h3>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Disseminating information<\/h4>\n\n<p>on policies and plans linked<br\/>to parity and equality.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Supporting communication campaigns<\/h4>\n\n<p>and maintain an up-to-date display (physical and online)<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Monitor the unit&#8217;s situation<\/h4>\n\n<p>and respond to staff requests for information.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Guiding people<\/h4>\n\n<p>if necessary, to the appropriate players (HR, social assistance, Inserm&#8217;s PEP mission, etc.).<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Propose concrete actions<\/h4>\n\n<p>to management to improve practices and
