An ambitious technological development focuses on&nbsp;<strong>single cell proteomics<\/strong>&nbsp;analysis to access tumor heterogeneity in xenografts, tumoroids and human biopsies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have a long expertise in the characterization of&nbsp;<strong>G protein-coupled receptors<\/strong>&nbsp;(GPCRs), highly druggable proteins which represent the targets of more than 35% of drugs used in clinics but are still underexploited in the field of cancer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Generation of in-house nanobodies\/antibodies against candidate proteins will push further the characterization in larger cohorts and hopefully produce&nbsp;<strong>immunopharmacological tools<\/strong>&nbsp;to correct GPCRs activity in cancer cells or drive targeted therapeutics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our team received&nbsp;<em>support from the French government under the France 2030 investment plan, as part of the&nbsp;<\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.univ-amu.fr\/fr\/public\/la-fondation-amidex\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>\u201cInitiative d\u2019Excellence d\u2019Aix-Marseille Universit\u00e9 \u2013 AMIDEX\u201d<\/em><\/a><em>&nbsp;AMX-23-CEC-02.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\"
